Team Leader

Role Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead team of SDR’s responsible for prospecting into target accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs, focused on attracting and retaining top talent that has ability to quickly grow and scale within the organization.
  • Set and ensure team meets quarterly KPI objectives and completes a high volume of daily calls/activities.
  • Carry quota
  • Report on team/individual results – quantity & quality of leads and pipeline creation to Sales Management.
  • Ensure the effective use of Salesforce.com and Hubspot in day-to-day activities.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1’s, opportunity inspection reviews; mentoring and career development sessions for the team.
  • Help create and improve email templates and sequences.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to make recommendations on process improvements.
  •  Set clear expectations and vision for the team

  • Experience being held to metrics

  • DealHub’s office is Located in Rishon L'zion -  a 25-minute bus journey south from Rothschild St, Tel-Aviv.
  • 15-minutes car drive south from Tel-Aviv
  • We have adjacent car parking for employees
